If your company uses an intranet portal to grant access Hearsay Social, please log in through your company's portal. Otherwise, you may log in at login.hearsaysocial.com Did this step resolve your issue?

Login issues are often resolved by doing the following:

It sounds like the social page or account you are attempting to link with Hearsay Social is already associated with another user in our system. Please request an invitation from the person who manages that social page by clicking the Request Invite link under the error message.

At this time, our application is available only to employees and other authorized designees of our customers. If you do not have an account and your company is a customer of Hearsay Social, please contact your corporate social media team to ask for sign-up instructions.

Why do I need to connect using my personal Facebook account?

We use your Facebook information to verify your account. Hearsay Social will not access your personal Facebook profile unless you directly authorize it.

We ask for permission to help manage your Facebook pages. In order to do this you must authorize the Hearsay Social application on Facebook and provide Hearsay Social with all requested permissions to access your Facebook pages and/or profiles.

Once you use Facebook connect to log in you can connect your Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+ accounts as well as your additional Facebook pages, provided these networks are permitted by your company.

Yes! Visit your Settings tab in Hearsay Social and enter the email address of the person who will assist you with your social media strategy in the Group Invitations section. Please note that some companies require assistants to also be employees of your company.

  1. Use the Facebook ‘Build Audience’ button in your page’s Admin Panel to invite your email contacts and send an invitation to your personal Facebook friends.
  2. Publish authentic, compelling and engaging content regularly
  3. Respond to visitor comments and join the conversation
  4. Analyze how your page is performing and adjust your publishing schedule and content accordingly
  5. Add your Business Page link to your email, on your website, on your business cards, and on all marketing materials, including t-shirts, hats, etc.
